Walker Radiator Warranty

WARRANTY
Limited 5-Year Warranty

Walker Radiator Works Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "Walker"), warrants its Cobra radiators to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of sale to first purchases at retail.  This warranty covers any parts furnished from the factory by Walker, but does not include labour or any kind and materials not furnished by Walker, or any charges for such labour or materials.  This warranty does not apply to any radiator which shall have been repaired or altered outside the factory of Walker in any way so as, in the judgement of Walker, to affect its stability, nor which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions in excess of those for which such equipment was designed.  This warranty does not cover the effects of physical or chemical properties of water or steam or other liquids in said radiators.  This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser of any such radiator at retail.  PURCHASE RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENTED WITH ALL CLAIMS FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Walker's Warranty of its Cobra Radiators to be free from defects in material and workmanship, as limited herein, shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties except warranties implied by law.  All warranties whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness, which extend beyond the description stated herein shall be limited to five years from date of sale to first purchaser at retail.

Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Walker will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind resulting from the order or use of its products.  Purchaser's remedy for breach of this warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law, is limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts which shall within five years from date of sale to first purchaser at retail.  Purchaser's remedy does not include reimbursement for any labour or material charges for replacement, removal, or installation of parts, adjustments or any other work done.
