T.C.I. Mustang II Front Suspensions Hub to Hub - Hotrod and Classic Years

    The Total Cost Involved
kits feature a formed and welded crossmember with coil spring/shock towers (welds are clean but unground), 1" tubular upper and lower A arms (complete with cross shafts, urethane bushings, ball joints and upper T bolts and nuts), spindles (stock height or 2" drop, your choice at not additional cost), brake kit that includes 11" rotors (your choice of 4 1/2" or 4 3/4" bolt pattern). Complete with bearings, seals, spindle nuts, washers and dust caps, GM calipers and pads with bolt kit and mounting brackets, new manual rack and pinion with aluminum body, chrome center tube, bushings and tie rod ends or rebuilt power rack and pinion with bushings and tie rod ends (your choice at no additional cost), black powder coated springs and painted gas shocks.  All mounting hardware (boxing plates where required) and complete easy to follow instructions are included.  The '33 - '34 Ford car kits utilize T.C.I. components but feature a Hiboys 'n' Hotrods crossmember and includes a fender brace kit.  The '41 - '48 Chev kit includes a Hiboys 'n' Hotrods bolt in radiator mount.

Some styles fit other model vehicles not listed.  Custom fabricated crossmembers also available.

Our most requested options with these kits include the bolt on anti-roll bar, power rack (for most years), air springs and stainless steel A arms.

1933 - 1948 Ford Car
Shown with a crossmember installed to a mock up frame section.  Your 1933 - 1948 Ford crossmember is designed to fit your specific year, stock dimension frame using the supplied boxing plates without major cutting, fitting, trimming.  Detailed instructions included.


1937 - 1954 Chev Car
  Shown installed on a 49-54 Chev frame section.  Passenger side shown with coil spring.  Driver side shown with air bag option.

A simple bolt on installation to the T. C. I. or Hiboys 'n' Hotrods
crossmember and tubular lower A-arms.


Manual & Power Rack & Pinion Steering
A new manual rack & pinion with aluminum body and chrome center tube or a rebuilt power rack are included with all hub to hub packages.  Both are complete with tie rod ends, mounting bushings and bolts.


Air Spring
Optional on all MII hub to hub kits.


Total Cost Involved - Mustang II - Exclusive Features
 

T.C.I. one inch O.D. tubular upper and lower "A" arms include new urethane bushings offering better handling and a ten year life expectancy.  Easy disassembly allows for trouble free painting, powder coating or chroming.  Lower arms also feature stamped one piece coil spring pockets for increased strength.
 

Hub to hub kits include stock or 2" dropped spindles (your choice), bearings, seals, spindle nuts and washers, calipers with pads, pins and brackets.  Eleven inch rotors include dust caps and your choice of 4 1/2" or 4 3/4" bolt pattern.

Large 1 1/4" diameter shafts and gussets are factory installed and welded for bolt on installation of the tubular lower control arms (no strut rod required).  Sway bar mounting bracket holes are installed to make the optional front sway bar a true bolt on installation.
