Fiberglass Bodies & Components

Fiberglass bodies have been a part of HiBOYS 'n' HOTRODS production for 25 years.  They are all constructed with a black gel coat finish and hand laid with multiple layers of 1 1/2 oz. mat.  Our bodies are fully assembled with a steel reinforcing structure throughout including inside of doors and trunk. A firewall, full smooth floor including transmission cover are part of the assembly.  The doors and trunk lid are hinged and latched.  Also installed is oak reinforcing and tack strips for your upholstery.  Window trim mouldings are included as well as a smooth styled dash.  There are several other dash styles available as an option.  Also available as an option are the  Dolphin power window systems, installed with tinted glass and channels, switches and wiring components.

We assemble our bodies on stock Ford frames or if requested we can assemble it on your frame.  If you are purchasing a body and chassis, it will have been assembled as a package.
